The suppliers of seafood produce are selected and their products approved each time they make a delivery.


At Aquadis, the Quality system and traceability procedure enable the "history" of a batch to be retrieved. Information can be found more quickly thanks to a software programme, and can be accessed using the batch number indicated on the produce labels.
The "history" of a product is illustrated by all the daily quality controls and recordings.
