Quality monitoring
Our Quality and Production departments, together with our customers, have set up a monitoring system to control and check:- raw materials (freshness, taste…)
- manufacturing processes (procedures, cold chain, forward-only….)
- finished produce (size, weight, colour, appearance…)
- staff, premises and equipment hygiene and safety
- traceability with the EAN 128 coding
The documentation system (which is constantly being improved with respect to the regulations and customer demands), audits by clients and third-party bodies (like VERITAS, AFAQ, AFNOR and ECOCERT) enable us to guarantee produce of quality, and full traceability from the eggs to the plate.
These internal and external controls are the guarantee of our trustworthiness and the quality of the produce that we prepare for our customers.
Our company already complies with the AFNOR NF V 45-100 standard, and is aiming for both the IFS (International Food Standard) and ISO 14001.
